Common questions
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the settings screen in the app. If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you. Personal data is removed within 30 days, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions bought through the App Store are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose the subscription to cancel.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
