These terms apply to your use of recitalrecords.co.uk and any apps or online services published by Recital Records Ltd ("Recital", "we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms.

Agency services
Marketing services for clients are provided under a separate written agreement or statement of work. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
Using our website and apps
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to create an account in our apps.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
- You must not misuse our services, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with how they work, or using them to send spam or unlawful content.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of anything you upload or connect. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the rights to any content you add.
Our content
The Recital name, logos, website design and app software belong to us or our licensors. Artist names are used only to describe work our team has been involved in and remain the property of their owners.
Purchases and subscriptions
Where an app offers paid features through the Apple App Store, payment, renewal and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Availability and liability
We work to keep our services available and accurate, but we provide them "as is" and may change or withdraw features. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post changes here. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
